In addition to these communications, <strong>you must include your real estate investments when you do your taxes. <\/strong>All tax information is available to you and your financial advisor through the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.junipersquare.com\/login?path=%2Fi%2Fcapitalsq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capital Square investor portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-heading\" ><span class=\"text\">Where can I learn more about my real estate investment?<\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Details about your specific investment(s) are found in the applicable Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), which will detail property details, distribution schedules and much more.
