Horton, the nation\u2019s largest homebuilder by volume, built the community in 2022. The modern units boast open floor plans \u2013 averaging 1,439 square feet \u2013 with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washer\/dryers, walk-in closets, smart home integration and extra storage space. Capital Square\u2019s basis at $270,000 per unit ($188 per square foot) represents a compelling discount relative to our average comp set of $350,000 per unit.
