Horton, the nation\u2019s largest homebuilder by volume, built the community in 2023. &nbsp;Modern units boast an average of 1,879-square-foot open floorplans with modern finishes, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryers, walk-in closets, smart home integration and attached two-car garages. Valley Ridge is the only asset delivered in the submarket in the past 12 months with no competitive properties under construction, the limited supply in Rossville differentiates it positively from the broader Chattanooga area. Capital Square is one of the largest institutional owners of multifamily properties in Chattanooga with almost 1,300 units. Valley Ridge will realize synergies with Capital Square\u2019s extensive in-house operating footprint in Chattanooga.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-blocks-fine-print appear-on-scroll\">\n<p  class=\"appear-on-scroll placeholder-heading\" >Consider the Risks<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\"><br>An investment in the Interests involves substantial investment and tax risks, including, without limitation, the following risks:<\/p>\n\n<ul  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-list\" >\n<li>Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The economic success of the Interests will depend upon the results of operations of the property.
