As executive vice president of Capital Square Living, Ryan Perez is responsible for enterprise solutions, operations management, revenue management, marketing, and learning and development. With a core focus on operational performance and business analytics, her role guides Capital Square Living\u2019s digital strategy, customer experience, expense control, rent growth and technology platforms.<\/p>\n\n

Throughout her 20+ year career in the multifamily industry, Perez has worked with owner-mangers, third-party managers and REIT environments such as Cortland Partners, Landmark Apartment Trust and CF Real Estate Services (now RPM Living) with portfolio oversight of 35,000 units. She earned her M.B.A. from the University of Illinois Champagne-Urbana and her B.A. from Bradley University.<\/p>\n\n

Perez holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and has been heavily involved in the National Apartment Association (NAA), serving on various committees such as the National Apartment Association Education Institute\u2019s (NAAEI\u2019s) curriculum development. Additionally, she serves on the Advisory Board for Better Bot, an industry-leading AI solution, and was honored as GlobeSt.’s 2025 “Woman of Influence in Property Management.”<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
