Jessica Correnti serves as executive vice president, distribution and national accounts, at Capital Square, where she leads the sales team, oversees the support and nurturing of Capital Square\u2019s existing relationships with broker-dealers and registered investment advisors, and spearheads the company\u2019s pursuit of new relationships nationwide.<\/p>\n\n

For over a decade, Correnti has specialized in the sale of private real estate and credit alternative investments offerings. Prior to joining Capital Square, she led national accounts for Peachtree Group, where she expanded relationships with selling member firms in the independent broker-dealer channel. Previously, she was a senior vice president with Waypoint Real Estate Investments. Correnti began her career with Morgan Stanley before transitioning into investment product distribution as a senior internal sales associate with C-III Capital Partners.<\/p>\n\n

Correnti earned a master of science in business analytics from Texas A&M University\u2019s Mays Business School and a bachelor of science in business administration and business economics from Rider University. In addition, she holds a Certified Financial Planner\u00ae certification from the CFP Financial Planner Board of Standards and FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Correnti was selected as one of the 2025-2027 Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) Rising Leaders and as an honoree in the 2025 Connect Money Next Generation Wealth Management Awards. She is a frequent speaker on the potential of alternative investments, including Delaware statutory trusts for Section 1031 exchanges, qualified opportunity zone funds for tax deferral and exclusion, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).<\/p>\n\n
