An initial draft of the full language is expected in May.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Policy Direction:<\/strong> While the reconciliation bill is viewed as a partisan process, meaningful support for the OZ program has historically existed on both sides of the aisle. Recent working papers and advocacy letters demonstrate the effectiveness of OZ legislation and provide insight into what we can expect to see from Congress.
