He has previously worked at Landmark Apartment Trust, where he spent 11 years, ultimately as vice president of financial services. During his tenure, Harris completed approximately $1.3 billion in multifamily refinance and disposition transactions, purchased 56 multifamily properties with an aggregate value of $1.3 billion and closed $900 million in multifamily financing from agencies, banks, insurance companies and CMBS lenders.
