Units boast high-end finishes with a mix of porcelain and vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, in-unit stackable washer\/dryer, white quartz countertops, European cabinetry, central air conditioning, recessed lighting and impact windows. The property is one of only 12 build-for-rent townhome communities in Miami-Dade (752 units total), with just seven built since 2021.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-blocks-fine-print appear-on-scroll\">\n<p  class=\"appear-on-scroll placeholder-heading\" >Consider the Risks<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">An investment in the Interests involves substantial investment and tax risks, including, without limitation, the following risks:<\/p>\n\n<ul  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-list\" >\n<li>Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The economic success of the Interests will depend upon the results of operations of the property.
