Single-story floor plans are ADA accessible with thoughtful features including step-free entries, wide doorways, and accessible bathrooms. Interior finishes include upgraded flooring, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, large walk-in closets and additional storage.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">As of March 1, 2026, both properties were 100% occupied and supported by deep waitlists, with 18 prospective residents in McKinney and 12 in Waco, each secured by a $1,000 deposit.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-blocks-fine-print appear-on-scroll\">\n<p  class=\"appear-on-scroll placeholder-heading\" >Disclosures<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">An investment in the Interests involves substantial investment and tax risks, including, without limitation, the following risks:<\/p>\n\n<ul  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-list\" >\n<li>Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The economic success of the Interests will depend upon the results of operations of the property.
