Capital Square Management announced last week the introduction of a new venture, Capital Square Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a new investment firm for high net worth investors.<\/p>\n

The new venture, based in Richmond, Virginia, is led by Louis J. Rogers, who has spent 29 years in the commercial real estate market, as a portfolio creator and manager and as an attorney focusing on real estate taxation and securities law.<\/p>\n

“We are a newly formed company with cash on our balance sheet and no debts or liabilities,” Rogers said.
