Rogal | Milwaukee<\/em><\/p>\n<p>February 21, 2013<\/p>\n<p>MILWAUKEE, WI\u00ad A new venture called <strong>Capital Square Realty Advisors, LLC<\/strong> was just announced by veteran investor <strong>Louis Rogers<\/strong>. They acquired their first property late last year, and Rogers told GlobeSt.com that the firm will \u201csatisfy a financial need for us aging baby boomers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur typical investor is tired of managing their own property,\u201d such as a duplex or a ranch. \u201cThe recession has come and gone and the economy has stabilized,\u201d making it easier to sell, but that still leaves many wondering where to park their money. \u201cIt\u2019s an old-\u00adfashioned idea to go back to real estate,\u201d but recently \u201cmoney markets were making zero.\u201d<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.capitalsq.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.21.13-GlobeSt.com-New-Venture-Snaps-Up-Wisconsin-Office-Park.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read More \u00bb<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Brian J.
