Rogal | Milwaukee<\/em><\/p>\n<p>April 17, 2013<\/p>\n<p>MILWAUKEE\u00ad <strong>Capital Square Realty Advisors, LLC<\/strong> just announced that they have completed their first <a href=\"\/real-estate-investment\/1031-exchanges-dsts\/\">Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment<\/a> offering for the Riverwood Corporate Center, a Class A, 112,000\u00ad-square-\u00adfoot office building in the Milwaukee suburb of Pewaukee. In February, GlobeSt.com reported on the venture\u2019s founding and the December 2012 purchase of Riverwood.<\/p>\n<p>The Virginia-\u00adbased firm, led by founder and <a href=\"\/about\/leadership\/louis-rogers\/\">CEO <strong>Louis Rogers<\/strong><\/a>, specializes in gathering up high-\u00adworth investors who want stability, a high return and limit what they owe in capital gains taxes. Under certain conditions, the IRS allows individuals to shelter money received from selling property if it\u2019s plowed back into real estate through a \u201c1031 exchange.\u201d About two-\u00adthirds of Capital Square\u2019s investors have done an exchange while the rest invested cash.
