These detached single-family homes boast high-end finishes, backyards and attached two-car garages.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\"><br> D.R. Horton, the nation\u2019s largest homebuilder (by volume), finished construction of the community in 2022. Units boast an average of 1,689 square feet with open floorplans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer\/dryers, walk-in closets, smart home integration and extra storage. Capital Square\u2019s cost basis at $382,000\/unit ($226 PSF) represents a compelling discount relative to the 2022 median home price in Reno of $556,000. There is a $1,200 premium to own vs. rent in Reno today.<sup>1<\/sup><br><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Source: 1.
