Mobile car detailing and valet dry cleaning services are also available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">The Cherokee County market has experienced average rent growth of 9.6% for the past five years, outpacing most of Atlanta\u2019s suburbs, including North Cobb County, North Gwinnett County and Roswell.<sup>1<\/sup> Atlanta continues to maintain its position as a top MSA in the southeast, with 135,000 jobs gained in 2021, and the fourth highest population growth in the nation, 22% from 2010-2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Sources: 1.
