Raiders Football Club, LLC, which owns the NFL franchise and team, leases the property.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-theme-blocks-fine-print appear-on-scroll\">\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Consider the Risks An investment in the Interests involves substantial investment and tax risks, including, without limitation, the following risks:<\/p>\n\n<ul  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-list\" >\n<li>Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The economic success of the Interests will depend upon the results of operations of the Property.
