Previous private operator generated and maintained high occupancy for this well-run, quality asset, but has not kept pace with the top-of-market rent rates. Homesite rents at the property are approximately $225 per month lower than the top-of-market rates. Newly available homesites will be set at the monthly market rate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">The property is well-located less than four miles from the Intracoastal Waterway and less than five miles from the coast.
