The previous ownership spent more than $3.8 million in capital expenditures, including new roofs, amenity upgrades, parking lot enhancements, structural repairs and interior renovations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">The property is located 2.5 miles from Interstate 73 and is proximate to Interstates 40 and 85, providing easy access to employment centers in Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point. Piedmont Triad International Airport is less than 10 minutes from the property, which generates over 25,500 jobs and has an economic impact of more than $5.8 billion annually.
