Hirth leads the asset management department that is tasked with managing portfolio financial performance, capital projects, commercial leasing and property dispositions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Hirth joined the company in 2016 as an asset manager after time as senior real estate manager at CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment. With CBRE, he managed a one million-square-foot portfolio of office and flex properties. Previously, Hirth spent four years at PRG Real Estate, where he supervised multiple multifamily properties.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Hirth earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in business management from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a Certified Property Manager.
