It means our drive for across-the-board excellence is not just an idea. This letter grade is based on multiple factors, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbb.org\/overview-of-bbb-ratings\">as cited on the BBB website<\/a>, these are:<\/p>\n\n<ul  class=\"appear-on-scroll wp-block-list\" >\n<li>Business&#8217;s complaint history with BBB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time in business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparent business practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to honor commitments to BBB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licensing and government actions known to BBB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising issues known to BBB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"appear-on-scroll\">Points are earned or lost due to complaint volume (weighted by complaint age), as well as unanswered or unresolved complaints, delay of complaint resolution, competency licensing, as well as multiple other factors. However, an A+ rating means that a business has a score of 97 to 100.
